Office Assistant
Danley’s Garages, the #1 Garage Builder in Chicago, is currently seeking a full time Office Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an individual who works well in a dynamic team environment and has a focus on customer delight.
Job Related Tasks:
  • Will answer phone calls and respond to customer’s emails in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for reaching out to customers if additional information is needed to approve their contract (i.e.- signatures, finance paperwork, etc.)
  • Responsible for keeping customers informed of the progress of their project, identifying customers’ needs, research issues and provide solutions.
  • Responsible for updating customers’ profiles with notes- will scan necessary information into profiles when needed.
  • Responsible for calling to schedule and confirm appointments with customers.
  • Create, edit, and update spreadsheets.
  • Will also serve as a backup to our operations Department.
  • Assist with special projects as requested.
The Requirements:
  • Must have a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • At least 2 years’ experience with Customer Service
  • Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Polish) a plus
Hours: M-F 8 am -4:30 pm; occasional hours on Saturdays during the summer
