DANI Naturals is Hiring a Production Assistant Near Bend, OR
Summary
DANI Naturals is looking for a production assistant to help in our warehouse. Work schedule will be 4-10's Monday - Thursday.
DANI Naturals has been making bath and Body products as well as candles and diffusers in Bend Oregon for over 25 years.
We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our production team. This is a dynamic hands on position that is not your ordinary routine manufacturing job. You get to work in a fast-paced environment and be a part of producing high quality natural products. Candidates will get exposure to our full product lifecycle, including incoming orders, arrival of raw product all the way through final production and fulfillment to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Bottling, labeling and inspecting our finished products for perfection
- Pouring, labeling and packaging our candles and diffusers
- Shrink wrapping and boxing finished product
- Shipping of bulk, wholesale and individual orders
- Assist with quarterly inventory count
- Assist Production Manager with cleaning and organization of warehouse
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience in a clean environment
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must have great time management skills and be able perform repeated, detailed tasks in an efficient manner
- Detail oriented, positive attitude and the ability to know when to be heads down getting the job done
- Motivated and wants to be part of a company that is committed to creating exceptional products
- True team player willing to do what it takes to help grow the company and in turn grow within the company
Benefits include:
★ 2 weeks paid time off
★ Paid Holidays: Thanksgiving & the day after, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (or days surrounding if on a weekend), Memorial Day, 4th of July (or closest day if on a weekend) & Labor Day.
★ Hours are 7-5 Monday - Thursday -- NO WEEKENDS!
★ Special employee pricing on all products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
