PrideStaff, a firm specializing in recruiting for Central Oregon businesses, is seeking an experienced Mixing & Production Associate for an established local company in Bend.

The right candidate needs to be thoughtful in planning and be able to work independently. Training is provided and previous experience not required.

This is a full-time, Monday Friday 7am 3 : 30pm and is available immediately! Pay is $18 per hour DOE.

Mixing & Production Associate Job Duties may include :

• Review Production Reports
• Plan Production According to Priorities
• Learn and Apply Training to Formulate Urethane
• Develop Correct Pouring Technique
• Keep Accurate Account of Raw Materials and Inventory
• Formulate Urethane Recipes
• Mix, Pour, De-mold Urethane Parts
• Lifting or Moving 10-15lbs (80%), 25lbs (15%) 50lbs (5%) of the time.

Mixing & Production Associate Job Requirements :

• High School Diploma / GED required
• Excellent verbal, and written communication
• Math test
