Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Coordinator/Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for beauty, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a strong understanding of the beauty industry trends. As a Content Coordinator, you will produce engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our audience across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop, create, and curate high-quality visual and written content for social media platforms.
- Create engaging videos, tutorials, product demos, and beauty-related content to showcase our products.
- Generate visually appealing graphics and imagery for use in marketing materials.
Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand goals and values.
- Research and stay updated on beauty industry trends and competitors to inform content creation.
- Utilize insights from content analytics to create best-in-class content.
Content Calendar Management:
- Support the social team to create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with product launches and campaigns.
- Assist with copy creation based on content/assets produced.
- Has excellent project management/asana and organizing skills.
- Must be creative and have detailed copy-writing skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Must be proficient with makeup artistry.
- Proficiency in graphic design/video editing tools.
- Strong knowledge of beauty trends, products, and industry influencers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
