About the Role

Dandy is hiring a talented Netsuite Administrator to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Business Systems team partners with stakeholders across the organization to ensure our systems are meeting the emerging needs of the organization. In this role, you’ll own all technical aspects of Netsuite from day-to-day administration to evangelizing the platform to unlock more value for each stakeholder group. In this role you’ll be able to work with Accounting and Finance teams, as well as manufacturing teams to systemize workflows essential for the near and long term success of Dandy. This role is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with a passion for NetSuite administration and development with 5 - 7 years of experience. You will have the chance to work on challenging projects, enhance your skills, and contribute to the success of our NetSuite implementation. What You'll Do

  • User Support: Provide support to end-users, address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide training to maximize their effective use of NetSuite.

  • Configuration and Customization: Customize NetSuite to meet business needs, including creating and maintaining custom records, fields, forms, and workflows. Identify and implement improvements to optimize system performance and enhance the user experience.

  • Data Management: Manage data integrity, oversee data imports, exports, and data cleanup activities, ensuring data quality. And generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business data and key performance indicators.

  • Security: Maintain user roles and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with best practices.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and development activities for reference and audit purposes.

  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate NetSuite with external applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow.

  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business data and key performance indicators.

What We're Looking For 

  • Hands on experience with Netsuite Development - SuiteScript and SuiteFlow

  • Communication Proficiency: Uses friendly and proficient communication to interact with a wide range of people, frequently exchanging information about office operations. 

  • Initiative and Proactivity: Correctly anticipates a need, volunteers readily, and acts without being told to do so. Brings new ideas to the company. Undertakes self-development activities; seeks increased responsibilities; takes calculated risks; looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; asks for and offers help when needed.

  • Quality Management: Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Does not cut corners; monitors work to ensure quality; applies feedback to improve performance.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working for a manufacturing company

  • Proficient with SuiteTalk, practical experience developing or maintaining integrations with other systems using SuiteTalk and REST web services.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Dandy is $100,000 - $122,500 plus equity. Actual compensation is based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the primary work location, candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
