We are hiring a Front of House Assistant General Manager to join our upscale dining restaurant. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, goal-oriented hospitality professional with an ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of employees, while simultaneously maintaining a positive relationship with leadership and owners. A successful candidate will be responsible for commanding daily operations of the restaurant with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the DanDan’s vision, values, and mission.
• Coach and develop high-quality employees.
• Recruit employees with superior customer service skills.
• Oversee new hire training and ensure the ongoing education of the front of house team.
• Respond to guests' concerns and complaints.
• Ensure cleanliness of the facility.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor product quality and consistency.
• Perform opening and closing duties including cash handling and end of day reporting .
• Manage labor and scheduling.
• Drive revenue and contain costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
