Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Concord, NC branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success and day to day operations of the landscape maintenance branch through leadership and helping to empower their team to live the company's core values and to operate and the highest level to achieve all branch success metrics including:

• Safety
• Quality
• Productivity (Efficiency)
• Growth and profitability

• A minimum of five to seven years progressive landscaping or service industry-related experience
• Supervisory experience and account/contract management
• Must have a current driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Bi-lingual communication is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
• Ability to work collaboratively to enhance KeyServ's reputation for excellence thorough best practices, reviews, accountability for performance and continuous improvement
• Ability to understand and accurately estimate jobs
• Ability to remain accountable and adhere to labor budgets and PL guidelines
