The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the Human Resources department by assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, administering compensation and benefit plans, conducting employee onboarding and helping with training and development. Human Resources Generalist must share Dakotaland Mfg. values and must support and promote the company Vision, Mission and Values, using UPSCALE as the foundation always.
