Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry / Customer Service to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The Data Entry / Customer Service will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and providing exceptional customer service and support to Daily Dot Art's customers. This individual will be responsible for processing orders, entering data into our systems, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.

Job: Full time

Pay range: $18.50 to $27.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all order information is entered into the company's database system in a timely manner.
• Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information, order details, shipping addresses, and payment information, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Assist customers with order tracking, delivery status updates, and product information, ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, shipping, and finance departments, to coordinate order fulfillment, resolve order discrepancies, and address customer-related issues or concerns.
