Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who can effectively communicate with customers, analyze their needs, and provide solutions.

Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Enter customer data and update account information in the system
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially Spanish
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with upselling or sales is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
