** Imagewear Customer Service & Sales Support Manager**

We are currently seeking a full-time **Customer Service and Sales Support Manager** for our Imagewear Frame Division located in Carrollton, TX. Imagewear is a leading provider of quality frames to eyewear retailers, optical laboratories and independent opticiansmaking this, an exciting opportunity to join our TEAM!

Job Summary

The **Customer Service and Sales Support Manager** is responsible for the planning, coordination and control of the activities of the Frame Division Customer Service Teams to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of customer service representatives to improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic sales growth.

* Quickly solve complex customer issues using multiple technical resources and databases. Delegate issues to team members and train them on proper responses.

* Responsible for the daily entry of all sales orders received by the service team. Owner of policies and procedures that ensure orders are processed in a timely, accurate manner.

* Assist in maintaining and growing both ImageWear and Nouveau Eyewears customer base.

* Provide Account Managers support in all business segments for retail chains, direct and wholesale; includes: Nouveau, ImageWear and Revolution.

Experience/Qualifications

* Position requires Bachelors Degree, plus 5 years of customer service management and sales support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience commensurate with position requirements

* Leadership and management skills, in addition to, professional ethics, tact, and courtesy in dealing with internal and external customers

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong telephone and active listening skills
