May include:

• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS ‘big data’ technologies
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
• Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems
• Develop ways to improve data quality, reliability, and efficiency
• Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs 
• Train and support marketing staff on interpreting results of analytics and leading data culture change
• Required to draw performance reports and strategic proposals from his gathered knowledge and analyses result for senior data science leadership
• Build scalable data processing platforms that he uses for exploratory data analysis and real-time analytics
• Retrieves and analyzes data using Snowflake, SQL, and Excel, among other data management systems
• Builds data loading services for the purpose of importing data from numerous disparate data sources, inclusive of APIs, logs, relational and non-relational databases
• Performs similar duties as he deems fit for the proper execution of his duties and duties as delegated by the senior data science leadership
• Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs

• Marketing-based experience preferred but not required (either D2C or B2B performance marketing)

Experience:

• 0-2 years of work experience in a Data team / Data Analyst / Business Analyst / Data Science role
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining reliable and scalable ETL on big data platforms, as well as experience working with varied forms of data infrastructure inclusive of relational databases such as SQL, Snowflake, etc.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or may consider equivalent & relevant work experience with formal training and certifications
