As a Project Manager at Dahmes Stainless, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our projects, from conception to completion. You'll work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that we deliver on our commitments and exceed expectations. With your strong organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills, you'll oversee the design and engineering, drafting, manufacturing, purchasing, and installation of each project to ensure a quality project delivered on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering to the customer commitments made in the proposal.
• Maintaining communication with the client and Dahmes stakeholders
• Creating and maintaining the project schedule and controlling expenditures within limitations of project budget
• Facilitating project commissioning
• Conducting Installation inspections for quality and accuracy

Requirements:

• Able to organize and execute large complex tasks
• Basic SolidWorks skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Critical path scheduling and use of gantt charts

Preferred Competency/Experience/Education:

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Computer Science, Business, or Engineering preferred)
• At least three years of related experience preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.

This is an in-office position at our main office in New London, MN. Highly qualified candidates may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
