As a Project Manager for Dahmes Stainless, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. As the key point of contact for our clients, you will manage the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is delivered on time, on budget, and within scope. As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining project schedules, coordinating design review meetings, inspecting fabricated items for quality and accuracy, scheduling field crews, and ensuring customer commitments are delivered on time and within budget.

To be considered for the Project Manager role at Dahmes Stainless, you must have excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to manage complex tasks. Basic SolidWorks skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and a critical path scheduling and use of gantt charts are also required. A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business, or Engineering preferred) is preferred, along with a PMP and/or comparable project management certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning and execution with cross-functional teams
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Identify client requirements and specifications for custom spray drying processes
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental, health, and safety standards
  • Manage project milestones, budget expenditures, project schedules and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
