As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, coordinating design review meetings, inspecting fabricated items for quality and accuracy, scheduling field crews, and ensuring customer commitments are delivered on time and within budget. A project manager plays a critical role in the success of any project and has significant effects on our company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering to the customer commitments made in the proposal.
• Maintaining communication with the client and Dahmes stakeholders
• Creating and maintaining the project schedule and controlling expenditures within limitations of project budget
• Facilitating project commissioning
• Conducting Installation inspections for quality and accuracy

Requirements:

• Able to organize and execute large complex tasks
• Basic SolidWorks skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Critical path scheduling and use of gantt charts

Preferred Competency/Experience/Education:

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Computer Science, Business, or Engineering preferred)
• At least three years of related experience preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.

*This is an in-office position at our main office in New London, MN.
