Licensed (State of Maryland) Psychotherapist -- minimum Master's Degree (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LCMFT, PhD, PsyD) - fully licensed.
We are looking to hire fully licensed providers with a minimum of 2 years of experience that can work remotely and in office 1-2 days/weekin our Frederick and/or Hagerstown, MD locations .
Below is a list of preferences in our providers as we search to meet the needs of our practice.
Children and adolescent training preferred (not required)
Trauma Certification preferred (not required)
Marriage/Family training preferred (not required)
Gottman Method Training preferred (not required)
Our therapists typically see 25-30 clients per week. Other options are available and are compensated accordingly.
Our therapists provide out-patient psychotherapy services, including adult, adolescent, and child, individual, group, and family counseling in growing private practice.
Therapist will have the opportunity to consult with and evaluate child, adolescent, and adult clients in various modalities within their scope of professional practice and comfort. Therapist will, upon request, be involved in the development and presentation of workshops and training seminars and otherwise contribute to the development and maintenance of our growing practice.
Starting at $62,500 annually depending on weekly clinical hours, license type, and degree
W-2 Employment (Salaried) - Guaranteed Pay, Not Fee-For-Service
PTO - starting at 160 hours annually (PTO is increased for each full year of employment). The 160 hours includes all time off hours available. Sick, Holiday, etc. is not separate.
$500 CEU Reimbursement Annually
Pay regardless of "no shows" and "late cancellations"
Pay for monthly staff meetings and clinical case consultations
Help with insurance paneling and CAQH (if needed)
Strong support staff that manages scheduling, billing, etc.
50% Employer paid health insurance benefits offered with dental and vision.
Simple IRA retirement offered with 3% company match.
We offer a hybrid clinical approach to our treatment of patients (i.e. Telehealth vs. In-Person) We prefer all providers to be in the office a minimum of one (1) day per week to accommodate our in-person requests. However, a work from home model is also supported.
We are a small, close knit group of providers and support staff looking to add and expand our work family. We are looking for individuals that work well as part of a team in a multidisciplinary practice.
