This position requires a dynamic, outgoing individual who excels in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment centered on customer service. Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette, strong computer and social skills, and the ability to work well in a team. We are looking for a self-starter who can multitask effectively. A minimum of 2 years of office and customer service experience is preferred.
At the heart of our operations are our customers, and we strive to ensure their experience with us is exceptional. Your role will involve extensive communication via phone, texts, and emails, as well as managing client check-ins and check-outs, and providing support to our artists. As the frontline representative, your interaction with clients must be consistently outgoing, professional, and friendly.
You will also be responsible for assisting with all client bookings for artists and helping to maintain full schedules to optimize studio operations. We expect you to bring an energetic, polite, and knowledgeable presence to our team every day, coupled with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. This job demands diligent practice and hard work to produce quality results and assist where needed. Your responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining a warm, enjoyable environment for all staff and managing multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day.
