Job Summary
Under the support of the Market Retail Leader, you will serve as an advisor with a holistic understanding of the mission of Dacotah Bank.
You will help achieve the goals of Dacotah Bank through the sales, service and transactional relationships you develop and maintain with customers.
An expert understanding of the purpose and benefit of Dacotah Bank Products and service is required, in order to enhance Wallet Share through serving the needs of customers.
The CSR is also responsible for the maintenance and balancing of a teller drawer, understanding compliance regulations related to all areas of responsibility, and identifying fraudulent transactions that are presented for processing.
CSR is to maintain excellent customer relations and effectively cross-sell other bank products and services. Also recognize opportunity to refer Insurance and Trust products and services through advisory and needs identification, ensuring positive and profitable relationships exist between the bank and its customers.
Along with daily responsibilities, Dacotah Bank employees are highly encouraged to participate and support the numerous community involvement opportunities the bank provides throughout the year.
Accountabilities
As a Customer Service Representative of Retail Delivery for Dacotah Bank, while ensuring that applicable regulations, disclosures, policies, and procedures are followed, you will :
Scheduled Working Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.; Rotating Saturday shift schedule.
