We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bakery Assistant to join our team. As a Bakery Assistant, you will assist in the production of baked goods and ensure the smooth operation of the bakery.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation and production of various baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes
• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately
• Mix, knead, and shape dough according to recipes
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
• Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
• Decorate and finish baked goods with icing, glazes, or other toppings
• Clean and maintain baking equipment and work area
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Requirements :

• Previous experience working in a bakery or food production environment is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Excellent time management skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
