We are searching for flexible, skilled, creative bakers who strive to provide excellent baked items and service in an efficient, professional manner.

The baker will execute recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products as well as process, package and ship orders from customers.

To be a successful baker, you should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. You should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.

Baker Responsibiites :

• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods.
• Decorating and displaying finished products.
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Processing , packaging, & storing
• Eensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

Baker Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Vocational training or baking coursework would be advantageous.
• State-approved food handling permit.
• Previous experience in serving customers in a bakery environment preferred.
• Proficiency in weighing, pricing, packaging, and processing payments of baked goods.
• Ability to manage ingredient inventories and to track expiry dates.
• Knowledge of food and health industry regulations.
• Advanced ability to multitask and follow instructions given by bakers.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
