Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Operations team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met.
Duties:
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project objectives
- Utilize project management tools such as excel, word and microsoft suite to track project progress and milestones
- Conduct regular meetings to provide project updates, address issues, and ensure alignment among team members
- Implement effective project management methodologies
- Perform process mapping and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, proactively addressing them to minimize impact on project deliverables
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Complete punch list for unit turns, process and organize inventory, manage on-site teams
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Smartsheet and Redmine
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong facilitation skills for leading meetings
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
