Independent Insurance Agency in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Agent - CSR to join our growing team to service, quote, process and bind property and casualty insurance applications/policies.
- 220 or 440 licensee preferred but not required to being position.
- 1 Year Experience preferred
- A great attitude, teamwork, and self-motivation.
- Bilingual.
- Must be passionate, self-driven, people person, with great problem solving skills and a willingness to help customers.
- Assist with the implementation of new business through marketing and sales initiatives.
- Able to market and cross sell.
- Prepare proposals for new quotes and renewals .
- Maintains follow-up and suspense files on outstanding orders.
- Organized, follow up prospects.
- Secures documentation needed to be retained by the agency including signed applications, replacement cost estimates, rejection of coverage and confirm.
- Wiliness to participate in Insurance Agency Networking meetings and sponsoring activities may be during weekends or extra hours.
