We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing information about the facility and its services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Handle guest reservations and booking.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
• Provide guests with information about the facility and other services offered.
• Process payments for guest accounts.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• 18-25 years of age.
• General knowledge of baseball/softball.
• Communicative & well-spoken.
• Available at nights & on weekends!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
