One of the area's leading providers of senior housing is adding to the team! We are seeking a diligent multi-tasker to perform various security, janitorial, and maintenance functions on behalf of community residents.
As a Vitality Security Guard, you will

• Make routine rounds at frequent intervals throughout the buildingand grounds, noting any abnormal situations
• Assist residents and staff in the event of an emergency
• Ensures that offices and doorways are locked and/or unlocked asneeded
• Maintains an incident log to includes abnormal activities andmaintenance request as required
• Performs janitorial duties as assigned, including nightly garbagecollection and disposal
• Answers after-hours calls and records and routes messages
• and more!

The most successful candidate will have

• Highschool diploma or GED
• 6months of prior work experience
• CurrentCPR/First Aid certification or ability to become certified
• Desireto work with older adults and their families
• Demonstrateability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
