D.A.S. Integrators LLC is Hiring a Project Coordinator Near Englewood, CO

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 2 to 3 years of project coordination experience
  • Highly organized and skilled at Time Management
  • Comfortable with computer entry. Must have strong capabilities with Google docs/sheets, excel, word, etc.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills with company staff, contractors, and clients
  • Able to negotiate and work out conflict resolution in a win-win manner.
  • Detail oriented with high levels accuracy
  • A sense of urgency and follow up; take initiation to solve problems and learn
  • Have discipline to balance a range of tasks that have a various levels of complexity
  • Clean driving record and reliable vehicle. Must be willing to drive personal vehicle.
  • Must be self-sufficient and feel comfortable working alone, in the office

Plus Qualifications:

  • Familiar with the DAS industry or construction
  • Construction industry experience – a plus, but not required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up new projects by following company procedure
  • Management of all licenses for cities we work in
  • Billing (at least 3x per month 5th, 15th & 25th) – As well as keeping tracker up to date
  • Management of Maintenance Contracts - review PO/ Contracts received for maintenance. Ensure billing is up to date.
  • Change order management - Ensure change orders are getting sent out; Ensure they are getting approved and billed
  • DFR management & Bluebeam tracker management
  • Weekly project update meeting and note taking of everything discussed and keep track of tasks that need to be completed based on the notes
  • Review contracts and obtain all relevant project information from customers
  • including but not limited to; project contacts, due dates, COIs, start dates,drawings etc.
  • You will be the key contact for all project documentation
  • Communicate with Warehouse and Procurement Team when materials will be needed for a project including but not limited to, project closeout packages, communication and coordination with contractors, etc.
