Summary:

The Product Marketing Manager has upstream responsibility for our innovative product roadmap, and downstream responsibility focused on the successful commercialization and market adoption of the novel ellacor® System with Micro-Coring™ Technology. Close collaboration with Clinical, Sales and Research & Development teams is essential. This exciting role includes product development and roadmap, product launch, sales training content creation, customer collateral, sales support, key opinion leader development, product life cycle management, market research, voice of customer and data analysis. The Product Marketing Manager should have a clear understanding of marketing principles, superior project management skills, and excellent communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute branding strategy resulting in Cytrellis products becoming the gold standard in aesthetic treatments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to launch new products, and continue the momentum in the marketplace to meet/exceed revenue goals
• Create promotional, educational, and other support programs, such as webinars and white papers, to grow newly launched/existing products. Evaluate the effectiveness of such programs and drive improvements
• Partner with Sales and Marketing Communications Manager to create and execute trade show strategy
• Monitor and distribute competitive information to Sales and the Leadership Team
• Develop close relationships with key opinion leaders for the benefit of all internal stakeholders
• Understand industry trends; update internal team on market data analysis
• Partner with KOLs, Sales, Clinical and R&D to build robust, innovative product roadmap; serve as VOC to lead all market research and product management functions
• Responsible for management of assigned expenses within budget
• Additional duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
• 7 years related experience in successful medical device marketing roles
• Knowledge of aesthetic medical device highly preferred
• Proven ability to execute projects within timeline and budget
• Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with sales teams and physicians
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce, Pardot
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to handle time constrained projects simultaneously
• Approximately 25% travel to customer/KOL sites, trade shows, corporate meetings/events
