About the role:

As a Staff Accountant at Cyti, you will be responsible for financial reporting, operational accounting, and budgeting, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, systems of internal controls, and regulatory compliance. This position will also be assisting with the semi monthly payroll processing. Please see below the most common tasks performed on a daily basis:

• • • • • • Process Accounts Payables
          • Support the Controller in data gathering as well as support in month-end closing, year-end closing
          • Receive incoming mail, stamp invoices with receipt/date stamp, distribute mail, prepares mail for sending and attached postage
          • Reconcile patient account receivables
          • Perform bank reconciliation
          • Communicate with co-workers, management, outside contractors and vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
          • Prepare actual vs. budget/forecast production and cost reports and analysis for distribution to members of the management team
          • Prepare quarterly site forecasts in the same manner as the budgeting process
          • Assist other departments with administrative functions
          • Process semi monthly payroll

REQUIRED Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years of hands on accounting experience
• Prior experience in the medical industry preferred
• Good working knowledge of US GAAP
• Demonstrated focus on continuous process improvement and driving efficiencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• MUST have 1-2 years quickbooks payroll experience 

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation for this role will vary up to  $55,000.00- $60,000.00 per year depending on the candidate’s level of experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, Paid Time Off, 401(k), professional development and opportunities for advancement.
