Cyti Psychological is hiring in-person, and hybrid California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, or Psychologists (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD). Create your own schedule! Licensed Mental Health Therapists with at least 1 to 3 years of experience. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Provision of in-person for Children, Individual, Family, and/or Couples Therapy: Mental Health Therapists can define the modalities and populations with whom they feel the most comfortable and competent.
• The assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of DSM V mental health disorders via our HIPAA-compliant platform
• Clinical record documentation on our secure platform per the standards of care and licensing requirements
• This is primarily an onsite position but can also be a hybrid position. 

Pay:

• Competitive pay with rates from $70.00 per hour up to $100.00 per hour. This is determined by candidate’s degree level; client contact modality (remote, hybrid, or in person at one of our physical practice locations); years of licensed experience; and additional certifications/experience with our most highly treated populations.
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• $200 therapist referral bonus (must be a fulltime employee and referred therapist must be a fulltime employee within 90 days)

Education and Experience:

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist in California
• LMFT, LCSW, or Registered Psychologist
• Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree
• Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills
• Experience working with children, individuals, families, and/or couples
• Experience working with a variety of client populations which may include children, teens, adults, and elderly clients
• Knowledge of and experience with specialized populations and issues specific to them.
• Computer skills and ability to use a telehealth platform via internet connectivity (if remote becomes available)
• Enrollment in CAQH
