  • Engage in an immersive six-month transition-to-practice program that runs concurrent with patient care responsibilities
  • Manage a progressively increasing caseload throughout the program, consisting of independent medication management sessions, evaluations, assessments, and follow-ups
  • Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 15- to 30-minute follow-up appointments during which you will provide brief supportive therapy
  • Manage 45- to 60-minute transfer appointments as well as provide intermittent coverage for fellow providers' appointments
  • Create comprehensive assessments and treatment plans with proper documentation
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the Psychiatry Team

Upon completion of the program, your annual base salary will increase to $145,000. An additional salary adjustment will be considered based on performance six months after successful completion of the program.
  • Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for patient visits and practicum, with an additional 8 hours allocated for assigned modules, readings, homework, case studies, etc. that can be completed at times that work best for you.
  • Occasional Mondays will be reserved using your flex time for intensive sessions on various topics, with dates provided in advance.
  • Remote, work from home setting
