Group practice where all of your hours are paid not just the sessions completed. Ongoing training including DBT, ACT, Gottman, CPT, PE, Grief and Loss, and CBT-I. Also, work-life balance with a 4-day work week. We are only open7a-5:30p Monday to Thursday so no working late on the weekend or in the evenings. Comprehensive benefits package including (medical, dental, and vision, - covered at 75% and life insurance, 401k plan, and those all start day 1 following the first hire date. Sick, PTO and Holidays.
Compensation:$80,000 - $102,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- 3-5 minutes of note-taking
- Follow mandated reporting requirements
- Safety planning is required
- Weekly consultation is provided
- Trainings via Psychwire are provided.
- Full Independently Licensed Therapists in the state of California
- Knowledge of the use of Electronic Health Records
- Documentation 3-5 minutes
