Position Summary:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and project management support to the program's leadership. This position has high growth potential for the candidate who has the aptitude to learn quickly and a drive for excellence. Previous DoD experience strongly preferred. Active Security Clearance is required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Security Clearance Required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent note taking skills (meeting minutes, action items, etc.) and writing skills (documentation, status updates, team communication).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use MS Excel to do VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
• Ability to use MS PowerPoint to create slide decks, and format graphs and graphics.
• Able to travel CONUS and OCONUS.

Essential Functions:

• Provide general administrative support for leadership, to include reviewing/updating current processes and associated documentation, developing briefings, and providing organizational personnel management.
• Support coordination of weekly meetings, daily taskers and deliverables, and facilitation of personnel assignment to cover requirements.
• Track and review all open action items and address all high visibility projects and other open taskers.
• Review, format / tech-write and submit program documentation, status updates, and official team notices and communications.
• Facilitate meetings by reserving conference rooms and/or sending out Teams calendar invites, screen sharing, requesting action item updates, and taking and disseminating meeting notes and actions.

Pay: $61,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
