Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process to ensure scheduled work complies with contractual obligations and due dates.
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate pre-requisite activities before system-specific due dates.
- Ensure engagement milestones are met on time, identifying actions required to maintain the schedule.
- Handle changing priorities professionally and effectively engage with external and internal customers.
- Provide reports on progress, actions, gaps, and best practices to be presented to management.
- Engage with a diverse multi-national audience, including Global Business Lines, External Customers, Regional Support Center, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to handle semi-complex to complex projects and determine critical paths for timely performance.
- Strong project management knowledge (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of SAP (a plus but not required).
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
