Requirements: 5 Years Experience as Construction Superintendent with experience on any of the following projects: Commercial, K-12/Schools, Community Centers, Libraries, Multifamily, etc.
This is a full time/permanent position with a well established Design Build General Contractor with a wide range of projects spanning across Commercial, K-12/Schools, Community Centers, Multifamily, etc. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Superintendents.
They are seeking candidates with experience on projects exceeding $20 Million.

What You Will Be Doing
- Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule
- Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
- Responsible for project being on time and in budget
What You Need for this Position
- 5 Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
- Experience on projects exceeding $20M
- Experience on projects related to any of the following: Commercial, K-12/Schools, Community Centers, Libraries, Multifamily, etc.
