We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing cost estimates for new construction, reroofs, repairs, and maintenance projects.

They will work with a variety of roofing materials such as PVC, EPDM, TPO, and others. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in the commercial roofing industry and be comfortable using Edge software, and other estimating software.

What You Will Be Doing

The Commercial Roofing Estimator will be responsible for estimating and preparing cost estimates for projects throughout the southern region of the United States.

This involves researching roofing materials and equipment, as well as examining the customer's needs. The estimator will also review bids and provide feedback.

What You Need for this Position

Applicants for this position must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry. It is also essential to have experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software.

Additionally, applicants must demonstrate proficiency in Commercial Roofing, EPDM, TPO, and Residential Roofing.
