Position Overview: We are looking for a Project Manager with a background in construction, commercial and renovation to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects from start to finish according to deadlines and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects with attention to budget, deadlines and quality standards
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions
• Develop and manage project budgets, expenses and timelines
• Coordinate with project personnel to ensure project deadlines are met
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
• Design and implement quality control processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in construction, commercial and renovation
• Thorough understanding of project management processes, from initiation to closure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
