We are looking for a Superintendent with experience in commercial construction and renovation to join our team. The Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project Manager to develop and maintain an annual construction schedule
• Ensure that all safety standards are met and adhered to
• Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress and inspect workmanship
• Train, mentor, and evaluate construction personnel
• Maintain high levels of productivity and quality control
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project
• Maintain records and provide weekly reports to management

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in commercial construction and renovation
• Thorough knowledge of construction standards and regulations
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software
