We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager / Sales to join our team in the Construction industry.

The candidate should have more than 5 years of experience and be proficient in Sales, EPDM, Project Management, Estimator, TPO, EDGE, new roofs, and reroofs.

What You Will Be Doing

Generate all commercial and residential roofing and solar opportunities

Generate accurate plan take-offs and create proposals for all projects

Perform all necessary site visits

Negotiate all contracts

Manage and process projects sold by other Sales Reps as requested

What You Need for this Position

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing and sales. Proficiency in Sales, EPDM, Project Management, Estimator, TPO, EDGE, new roofs, and reroofs.

5 years of construction-related experience roofing experience required - solar PV ideal but not required

Must be able to accurately produce job estimates

Basic accounting experience

Excellent customer service skills required

Proficient in Excel and Word

Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
