We're a relatively small, private company that's been providing fast-selling goods to major retailers for over 50 years.

What You'll Be Doing

• General Accounting
• Assist the Senior Director in the preparation of month end close, preparation of reports, balance sheet schedules and profit and loss statements
• Assist the Senior Director in maintaining the general ledger
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and verify deposits
• Reconcile cash disbursements accounts, customer accounts and assist with accounts receivable collections
• Assist with the verification or complete payment of invoices
• Adhere to GAAP
• Prepare ad-hoc reports

What You Need For This Position

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• 5 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of cost accounting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Team player a must
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision or Business Central is a plus (not required)
• Ability to work on site
