Cyberbacker is Hiring a Customer Care Representative Near Ogden, UT

We are seeking a dedicated and relationship-oriented Customer Care Representative to manage and nurture our client relationships. The Customer Care Representative is responsible for understanding client needs, providing personalized support, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role plays a pivotal part in client retention, growth, and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, building rapport and trust through regular communication and support.
  • Understand clients' needs, preferences, and goals related to real estate transactions, providing personalized assistance and guidance.
  • Develop and implement client retention strategies and initiatives to increase satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term relationships.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services or support.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and issues, resolving them efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop client-focused content and materials to support retention efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client retention, customer service, or account management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Deep knowledge of real estate processes, transactions, and market trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing a positive client experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience in addressing client needs and concerns

Compensation:

  • Full-time position
  • $20 per hour
  • Monday to Friday, 9 am- 5 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Work setting:

  • In-person
