Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to both client and business audiences within the real estate industry.

- Craft compelling content and campaigns for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Formerly Twitter) to increase brand visibility and engagement.

- Implement targeted advertising initiatives to effectively reach specific demographic segments and enhance brand recognition.

- Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing tactics.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.

- Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including the website and social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.

- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in marketing techniques, particularly within the real estate sector.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven track record in marketing, with a focus on direct-to-client/business strategies or social media marketing.

- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends and consumer behavior.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
