Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Inventory Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records.

Inventory Management

• Receive, count, record incoming inventory.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Document and catalog customer orders and inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory for customer storage.
• Audit outgoing orders for accuracy and discrepancies.

Data Analysis

• Enter inventory data into CORE.
• Generate and audit inventory reports
• Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

Quality Control

• Inspect incoming inventory for damage or defects.
• Communicate discrepancies to appropriate team members.
• Maintain integrity of data and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
• Forklift certification and experience a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Schedule and Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work full time, 40 hours a week.
• Hours: 7 am – 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
