The Inventory Specialist will play a crucial role in overseeing the receipt, verification, and management of deliveries, as well as asset management using barcodes and Excel spreadsheets. Additionally, this role involves coordinating equipment handover to IT Managers and Technicians, actively participating in the order and delivery process, and maintaining organized inventory storage spaces. The Inventory Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating the disposal of surplus equipment.In addition to inventory management responsibilities, the Inventory Specialist will assist with IT equipment procurement, budget analysis, and forecasting. This role may also involve office management tasks and system research and evaluation as needed.Key Responsibilities:

- Accepting deliveries and verifying them against purchase orders.
- Asset management using barcodes and Excel spreadsheets.
- Coordinating equipment handover to IT Managers and Technicians.
- Maintaining organized inventory storage spaces.
- Coordinating disposal of surplus equipment.
- Assisting with IT equipment procurement.
- Conducting budget analysis and forecasting.
- Assisting with office management tasks.
- Conducting system research and evaluation as needed.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to plan projects and prioritize work.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Client-oriented mindset with a focus on company interests.
- Ability to lift 15-20 lbs from a squatting position.
- Ability to pass company drug tests and comply with company drug policies.
- Availability during normal work hours (8:15 am to 5 pm, five days per week) with occasional early morning, after-hours, and weekend commitments.
- Onsite work is mandatory.
