• Coordinates daily meal program
• Pick up daily meals at CW Resources Headquarters
• Set tables
• Greet all guests as they enter the café
• Check and take lunch reservations
• Collect money from meal donations
• Prepare for meal for service - heat and serve food to all seniors and people with disabilities who qualify
• Take food temperatures and ensure that all food is within food safety guidelines
• Wash dishes
• Follow sanitation procedures
• Maintains clean kitchen - floors, counters, tables, refrigerators, etc.
• Assist guest with miscellaneous paperwork
• Report weekly food inventory, follows FIFO method
• Makes weekly deposit to bank

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year (1) working in the food service industry
• Driver's License - the incumbent is required to drive from New Britain kitchen to assigned site (in vicinity of New Britain) with meals.
• Must have own vehicle
