Customs Goods LLC is Hiring a Project Supervisor Near Valley, CA

- Responsible for setting up the project charter, defining project scope, set-up timelines, and roll-out prioritized projects
- Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
- Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
- For complex projects, the Project Supervisor will assist the project manager/s in the development of project management documents such as meeting minutes, project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
- Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as tracking invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial and operational documents.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progress, team members’ performance, and provide updates to project stakeholders.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports to communicate project progress to all levels in the organization.
- Required to travel on-site to start-up and lead/support implementation of projects.
- Responsible for clearly communicating and coordinating with the operation team(s) and other key stakeholders.

- Must have a bachelor’s degree -Preferred but not required. If not must have 2-3 years of experience.
- 2-3 years' experience in project management running leading and supporting multi-functional projects.
- Must be able to demonstrate as a project support on key projects with significant corporate impact.
- Ability to react to changes in the project environment.
- Travel on-site to start-up and lead implementation of projects. Will be required to travel lightly.
- Build and manage project teams & build and manage project plans.
- Manage project resources and manage projects effectively to stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to influence others with initiative.
- Ability to balance work between leading standard projects and supporting complex projects.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software Soft Skills
