Account Executive Role
Position Overview
The Account Executive role interacts with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone and in person – to help guide their pre-roll purchase. You will be responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers effectively, while providing an exceptional customer experience is key. You will work with companies that are small to medium to large, as we work with a diverse clientele. With your outstanding communication and listening skills, you’ll help our customers select their perfect pre-roll product, negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations and close the deal. You will mostly be dealing with new accounts, with the goal to convert them into our ecosystem of products. You will need a high attention to detail, as you will then help transition customers to the Account Manager to support their ownership experience. You will use our softwares, like our CRM, to track the progress of the leads and analyze how many are being converted. You will need to gain an extensive knowledge of all our products, to be able to get through any blockers and close the deal. As we are a startup, we we are looking for someone who can work in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment. You will report back to the team the trends you are seeing and work with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for the clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would be a dedicated and motivated individual who can help drive revenue growth while creating long-term client relationships
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience with an inside sales organization
5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in E-Commerce
Proven ability to close deals of more than $2 million annually
Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
Proficient in Office 365 and other desktop solutions, with an ability to navigate a desktop environment easily
A team player with great interpersonal, cross-functional project management abilities
Ability to multi-task and work many sales opportunities simultaneously
Self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through
