This is a supervisory/exempt position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates tenant move-ins, move-outs and performs property space walk-throughs with tenants and contractors
  • Conducts regular property inspections for proactive and reactive maintenance needs
  • Reviews and reconciles tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery charges
  • Works directly with property owners to deliver property goals and objectives
  • Prepares timely monthly property performance reports
  • Prepares operating and capital expense annual budgets
  • Promptly responds to tenant needs to resolve problems in compliance with contract obligations
  • Collects rent and oversees expense payments
  • Works closely with vendors for property-related services
  • Prepares and coordinates legal notices and actions
  • Conducts due diligence in property sale process
  • Participates in industry-related organizations through membership and meeting attendance
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications

  • RPA or CPM preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial experience
  • AZ real estate license required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively present information
  • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principals
  • Successfully pass a background and credit check
  • Carry $100,000/$300,000 auto insurance limits
Compensation
$65,000 - $70,000 yearly
