Office Administrator (HR) Under general supervision, conducts specialized administrative duties to support the Human Resources department by performing a variety of administrative duties.
Location: Chesapeake, VA or Chula Vista, CA
Salary Range: $49,000 to $71,700

Your Challenge - Assist department in conducting a variety of human resources programs and processes.
- Perform routine filing, scanning, and archiving of records to ensure record retention compliance.
- Assist with recruiting and the onboarding process.
- Prepare and conduct new employee orientation.
- Coordinate various new hire processes such as E-Verify, I-9 compliance, assigning and tracking required training and issuance of equipment based on client requirements.
- Maintain Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) records, ensuring data accuracy through self-audits and reports.
- Provide backup to HR team in their absence.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
- Initiative-taking, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish goals.
- One (1 ) plus years of prior administrative experience
- Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources is preferred.
- Experience with Workday is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Must be a sole US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
