Curtis Legal Group is seeking an assistant to a litigation paralegal who works on personal injury cases under the supervision of attorneys. Duties include:

• Reviewing medical records and bills
• Drafting correspondence
• Interacting with medical providers, insurance companies, clients, lienholders, and other attorneys' offices
• Filing
• Preparing pleading and discovery templates
• Generally assisting the paralegals, as needed.

We are looking for applicants with:

• experience working in a law firm, preferably in a personal injury law firm
• familiarity with pleadings, discovery, and general civil litigation
• excellent organizational skills
• ability to take direction with minimal follow-up
• experience working in MS Outlook, Adobe Pro and Word

Applicants with the following skills are preferable:

• prior experience with liens

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday, normally 8:00-5:00. Compensation is based on experience.
