Unleash Your Passion! Dance Teacher Assistants & Instructors Needed (to start Spring-Summer)

Do you love to dance and inspire others? Join our dynamic team this Spring and Summer! We're seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to fill two roles:

Dance Teacher Assistants ($15 per hour)

• Assist experienced instructors with a variety of dance classes (tap, jazz, hip hop)
• Work with students of all ages, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment
• Learn valuable teaching skills and gain experience in the dance industry

Lead Dance Instructors ($30 per hour)

• Develop and deliver engaging dance classes (ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop) for various age groups
• Motivate and guide students in their dance journeys, promoting technique and artistry
• Must have prior teaching experience

We are a performing arts studio seeking passionate individuals to join our team. We offer a fun and collaborative work environment where you can share your love of dance and make a difference in the lives of our students.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop dance styles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with children and adults of all ages
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for dance

Training Provided:

New teacher assistants will receive comprehensive training during the Spring and Summer to prepare them for leading their own classes in the Fall.

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling available (afternoons, evenings, and weekends)
• Classes will run from late Spring through Summer, with the intention to continue into our regular school year season
