Great position for new graduates! This is an entry level position, but a strong opportunity for growth and learning all facets of project accounting and more. We are seeking a Construction Junior Project Accountant to join our growing team! This position handles all facets of accounting including accounts payables, receivables, reconciliation, vendor set up and compliance, audit requirements, and other assigned duties. Looking for a dependable hard worker and a problem solver that can work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Support and participate in the day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Learn and support AR and AP functions
• Assist in month end accounting close process
• Help maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Able to reprioritize tasks quickly with accuracy
• Manage vendor compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in accounting or business preferable.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong excel skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Knowledge of Acumatica or other accounting software a plus.
• Quick learner.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
